Congratulations, Slam New Orleans!

To all Somerville, Cambridge and Boston poetry fans who stood in long lines to see the electrifying bouts at last week's National Poetry Slam: thank you! Your support exceeded our expectations.

We'd also like to congratulate the poets of Slam New Orleans. They took the top spot and are the 2013 National Poetry Slam Champions!
