Five Things: Bronwyn Opens, Author Dennis Lehane in Ball Square

1) Bronwyn Opens
Somerville restaurant fans have been waiting to hear those words. Bronwyn, a new restuarant by Tim and Bronwyn Wiechmann of Cambridge's T.W. Food, opens in Union Square tonight. The restaurant will serve things like handmade sausage, freshly baked pretzels, Eastern European dishes, German beer and wine from Germany, Austria and Alto Adige. It's dinner hours begin at about 5 p.m. The restaurant is at 255 Washington St.

2) Dennis Lehane at The Book Shop
Dennis Lehane, author of Mystic River and Gone, Baby, Gone, will be at The Book Shop in Ball Square tonight to discuss his new award-winning book, Live by Night. The event starts at 7 p.m.
