Somerville Performers to be Featured at Holiday Arts & Eats Festival

The new Holiday Arts & Eats Festival taking place at Assembly Row on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, December 6th- 7th- and 8th, will be featuring not only 20 of New England’s best food trucks and 60 of the region’s best Etsy artisans, but at least 10 of the area’s most talented local choral and a cappella groups, including Somerville's own high school chorus and the Eight Tracks a cappella group! These community-base performing groups will perform hour-long sets throughout the weekend, adding to the holiday cheer and atmosphere.

The Somerville High School Chorus performs a diverse collection of music to reflect their diverse choir. They participated in the World Series Heritage Presidential Inagural Music Festival and also have plans to compete at the World Series Heritage Music Festival in Nashville, Tenn. The Somerville High School Chorus will be performing at Arts & Eats on Saturday, December 7th at 2pm.

The Eight Tracks are a brand new a cappella group based in Somerville. Together, they bring a wealth of musical experience to their performances while delivering energetic arrangements of crowd-pleasing hits. They were most recently featured at Techies Got Talent at the Hard Rock Café in Boston. The Eight Tracks will be performing on Sunday, December 8th at 3pm.
