Curious why I am not reading about other utilities being held to the same standard as CL&P. Going on 12 days without a home phone and no end in site. Power and heat are certainly paramount, but all core utilities need to be held to the same scrutiny.

The East Granby DTC announced Friday that their normal political mailings had been cancelled and the funds , in excess of $1000 will be donated to the East Granby food bank. "In consideration of the storm damage and immediate needs of many residents, we felt it was the right thing to do. We wish all the residents of East Granby well. " said Mike Malloy chairman of the East Granby Democratic Town Committee. and candidate for the Board of Finance.
