Prospect Hill Academy Charter School (PHA) was founded in 1996 with the mission to prepare each student for success in college, to inspire a lifelong love of learning, and to foster responsible citizenship. PHA is one of the largest public charter schools in Massachusetts, located across three campuses in Cambridge and Somerville and serving nearly 1,200 students in grades PreK - 12. Our students come from racially, ethnically, and socio-economically diverse backgrounds. 88% are people of color, 64% are low-income, and 45% come from homes where English is not the primary language spoken.
