ReplyWhat Somerville needs is more jobs. More income from businesses. Not more little start up businesses that will be closed in a year like we have had throught the city. Just walk around and all you see is space for rent signs from little stores and companies that have failed. We need stores that bring in people to go to restaurants. Shop in stores they know. Most people do not want to shop in little no name stores.

These are the going rates in Somerville. There are some listings on here for $1300. $1100 is pretty much the low price for Somerville. That would be for a studio. I know as I am a Home owner in Somerville as well as a Real Estate Agent based out of Somerville.
