I have been enjoying Patch for a few months now and now I am glad to meet David as the man who puts it together. What I like best about Patch is the fact that it is truly local and I have learned a lot about West Roxbury and the people in it since I began reading Patch. Keep up the good work. Dolores Burton

I'm putting together a fundraiser for a young 16 year old boy from Norwood, Fernando Morales, a sophomore soccer player at Norwood high that was just recently diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma. The event will be held at THE OCC in Norwood, May 13th. Paul Angelo had been generous enough to donate his function hall, provide food and entertainment. Is there some way we can get this in both the local Norwood and West Roxbury newspapers? His father, Albino Morales works with me here at Harvard Vanguard in West Roxbury.
I'm fairly green in the fundraising area and would love to see this event be successful. I would appreciate any/all the help you could give me.
Thanks,
Terri
