  I've got to give a well-earned tip of the cap to the staff at Little Jack's. My wife and I were up in Hampton last weekend and she had ordered a seafood plate that included multiple types of seafood. As she began eating it she realized that the cook had omitted the shrimp and the clam strips that were supposed to be a part of it. My wife brought this to the staff's attention, they apologized for the error and cooked up an entire new platter at no charge in addition to her original platter.
  This attention to customer service and "making it right" says a lot about the character of the staff and the folks who train the staff. Well done!!
