Fire on Wheatland Street Displaces One, Possibly More
The fire occurred shortly before 5 p.m. Saturday.
A fire in a residence on the 80-block of Wheaton Street Saturday evening displaced at least one person and possibly four more, according to police scanner reports. Somerville firefighters responded to the scene shortly before 5 p.m., according to Mike Moura, @NEFirebuff on Twitter. Soon after, American Red Cross personnel were notified to assist the displaced residents, according to the scanner reports.
