Julia Stiles Film Shot in Somerville to Re-Air in February

If you missed the premier of "The Makeover," which takes place in Boston and brought film crews to Somerville, there's still time to catch it on TV.

Oops. We missed it. Or at least I did. "The Makeover," a Hallmark Hall of Fame film starring Julia Stiles that brought film crews to Somerville's Hudson Street in September, debuted on the ABC television network on Sunday. Luckily for all of us, there's still time to see the made-for-TV movie. (See below.) 'The Makeover,' Filming in Somerville Last Month: When Can I See It?

You ask, Patch answers.

A new Julia Stiles film, "The Makeover," shot in Somerville at the end of September. We were curious: what kind of movie is it, where can we see it — and when? The film will apparently air early next year, although details vary. According to IMDB.com, "The Makeover" will air in January; the Boston Globe says February. Either way, it should air on the ABC television network.  The film is a Hallmark Hall of Fame production with a plot that is a modern-day twist on the George Bernard Shaw classic tale, Pygmalion. The movie stars Julia Stiles, Boston native David Walton, and Camryn Manheim. Along with Somerville, filming also took place in Newton, Charlestown, and Boston.
