Tony Ciccariello Says Goodbye to Somerville High School
The outgoing headmaster spoke to Somerville Patch about his time at the school, his accomplishments, his memories, and the school's future.
Tony Ciccariello, outgoing headmaster of Somerville High School, gathered with school faculty and staff Wednesday morning to say a final goodbye. One member of staff, Alice Comack, director of mediation at the school, called the gathering sad and "bittersweet." Ciccariello, she said, has "been somebody that's been wonderful to work for and with," and it wasn't until Wednesday morning's gathering that the reality of his departure sank in.
