Police Booking Log: Man Shoplifts Scallops, Chicken Wings

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from June 10 to June 17. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction. On June 17, Michelle Silva, 52, of 37 Merriam St., was arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. On June 11, Sidney Robinson, 41, of Lynn, was arrested at 775 McGrath Highway and charged with shoplifting. According to a police report, he is accused of stuffing two bags of scallops and a bag of chicken wings into his clothing at Super Stop & Shop and then walking out of the store without paying. On June 12, Jose Fuentes, 28, of 20 Otis St., and Jeanmarc Exilhome, 28, of Dorchester, were arrested on Cross Street. Fuentes was charged with drug …

On May 13, Daniel Matthews, 49, of 43 Josephine St., was arrested at 237 Elm St. and charged with carrying a firearm with ammunition, carrying a firearm without a firearm identification card and carrying amunition without a firearm identification card. According to a police report, police learned that Matthews had been in a physical altercation with someone the night before and he "was in Davis Square in possession of a firearm, possibly looking for retribution." On March 6, Mondy Charles, 49, of 155 Central St., was arrested in Cambridge and charged with witness intimidation and assault with a dangerous weapon. According to a police report, Charles is accused of threatening someone at 155 Central St., a group home for people with mental illness, with a butter knife. He was arrested at Cambridge Hospital after being evaluated, the report says.
