Comedian Jimmy Tingle will be in Somerville on Dec. 29 and Dec. 31 to perform live and discuss the high and low points of 2012, according to an announcement from The Center for Arts at the Armory. There will also be a screening of "Jimmy Tingle's American Dream," followed by a Q&A session with Tingle. The film features "commentary and conversation with some of America’s most iconic personalities and social critics, as well as family, friends and total strangers as they speak up and speak out on the American Dream," according to the announcement. The shows take place at The Center for Arts at the Armory at 8 p.m. You can get ticket and learn about VIP tickets, which include a meet-and-greet reception, at the Armory's website.
