Navy SEAL, Humanitarian to Give Tufts Commencement Address

Eric Greitens will speak at today's commencement ceremony. Some Tufts athletes celebrated graduation early.

Eric Greitens, a Navy SEAL, Rhodes Scholar, humanitarian and author will give the commencement address at Tufts University this morning. Read more about Greitens here. Ceremonies begin at 9 a.m. on the Tufts University quad. Some graduating Tufts seniors celebrated their graduations early. Athletes from the women's softball team and men's lacrosse team will be playing in NCAA tournaments during commencement and had special ceremonies ahead of time, a Tufts tradition. The softball team earned a spot in the NCAA finals tournament in Virgina, and the lacrosse team is moving to the national semi-finals after a victory over RIT on Wednesday.
