Investigators found cocaine, heroin, pills and marijuana in a home that had previously been raided in January, according to a police report.
An East Broadway home recently experienced its second drug bust in three months, according to a Somerville police report. Somerville police on May 1 found cocaine, heroin, marijuana, Suboxone pills and drug paraphernalia at 164 Broadway, according to the report. On January 30, police conducted a drug raid at the same home, allegedly finding marijuana, ammunition and holsters. The alleged drug dealer was selling the drugs in East Somerville, according to a Somerville police report.
An alleged drug dealer was caught with 10 baggies of cocaine and two baggies of heroin hidden in his prosthetic leg, according to allegations in a Somerville police report. The report says Imran Laltaprasad, 29, of Quincy, was arrested on March 1 at about 3 p.m. after the Somerville Police Department Drug Control Unit, conducting surveillance in East Somerville, observed him making a drug deal. A Roslindale man was caught with Percocet pills, according to a police report.
Somerville police, after putting an East Broadway residence under surveillanc, arrested a 25-year-old Roslindale man Friday on charges of drug possession. Bryan Espinal was arrested near the intersection of Illinois Avenue and Broadway at about 12:40 p.m., according to a police report. The report says the Somerville Police Department Drug Control Unit was conducing surveillance of a residence around the area of Broadway and Franklin Street. The arrests followed a traffic stop in Brighton Saturday morning.
A Somerville was among the six people arrested early Saturday morning following state police traffic stop in Brighton that allegedly uncovered cocaine, methamphetamines, marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia. Cameron Linehan, 22, of Somerville, was charged with possession to distribute methamphetamine, possession to distribute cocaine, possession to distribute marijuana and conspiracy to violate the drug laws, according to an announcement from state police. A 24-year-old Somerville resident had a history of breaking into cars, according to a police report.
A man who was accused, in June, of leading police on a car chase that ended in a crash was arrested again on Oct. 5 and charged with drug possession. According to a police report, police also think he may have been looking for cars to break into. Firefighters in Teele Square observed the man, 24-year-old Michael Splaine, of 28 High St., checking car doors on Newbury Street at about 6:20 p.m., according to a police report. Police arrested a Randolph woman Monday who had nearly $800 in cash stuffed in her underwear, a bottle of Suboxone pills and a counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker, according to allegations in a Somerville police report. According to the report, an officer patrolling the Home Depot parking lot at around 12:40 p.m. encountered a 2000 Ford Windstar van that, according to the Registry of Motor Vehicles, had failed its inspection, but the car had a seemingly valid inspection sticker on it. Undercover detectives on Friday arrested three men in the parking lot of Home Depot on drug charges, according to a Somerville police report. A Norfolk Street resident has been accused of dealing Percocet, according to a police report.
Somerville police and agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the ATF, arrested a Somerville man on Sept. 11 after observing a drug deal in the parking lot of Target, according to allegations in a Somerville police report. According to the report, Somerville police and the AFT conducted a weeks-long investigation into Filipos Yeman Moba, 28, of 432 Norkolk St., who was allegedly involved in dealing Percocet pills in Somerville and Malden. Michael Dell'Isola, 52, of Somerville, a sergeant with the Middlesex County Sheriff's Department, was found guilty Wednesday on charges that he received money and cocaine from an undercover state trooper, according to an announcement from the Middlesex District Attorney's office. Dell'Isola was found guilty after a six-day jury trial in Middlesex Superior Court, the announcement says.
