Take a look at Perky, a beautiful orange tabby. Perky is the perfect name for this sassy little lady, who was brought into the Animal Rescue League of Boston as a stray. She loves to play and would enjoy a home full of toys. In addition, she loves spending time with people, especially when there is a lap and a lot of petting involved. She does however get a bit spooked with a lot of activity and noise so she would do best in a home without small children. Sasho is a wonderful bird who loves to interact with people. She's hand-tamed, and would do well with a seasoned bird owner, or a first-timer.

She's a 2-year-old parakeet who came to the Animal Rescue League of Bostonfrom a very loving owner who unfortunately had to move to a place where birds were not allowed. She is a shy but very friendly parakeet who was handled regularly in her previous home, so she's very hand-tamed. Parakeets make great companions and have wonderful shining personalities. P’Tater likes people and back scratches and loves to play.
Meet P’Tater! She is a beautiful, gentle 9-year-old spayed female looking for her forever home once and for all. Her previous owners unfortunately were unable to care for her due to personal reasons but they had nothing but great things to say about her. She accompanies the name P’Tater with loads of personality. For instance, she loves company and will rub against your hand if you pet her especially when you give her back scratches, which are her favorite. This is Ruby a sweet, affectionate, and mellow one-year-old spayed female cat. Ruby had a rough start in life and came from a situation where there was a great deal of overcrowding of felines and lack of socialization to human friends. Upon coming to the Animal Rescue League of Boston, Ruby was very apprehensive at first despite the staff and volunteer’s best efforts to bring her out of her shell. Finally one day she realized that the people here are not so bad and became the biggest snuggle bug ever. She does have her favorite volunteers here and with them she will roll around, rub up, and snuggle with them as much as she possibly can.
