Located inside  the Cumming School, the  Somerville Schools Parent Information Center handles studentMore registration and transfers, provides information about parent workshops  and support groups as well as offering health care guidance. The center is bilingual  to handle the diverse Somerville population and  is open Monday through  Thursday during the  school year.

Whether you're interested in woodworking, photography, Spanish, pottery making or cooking, chances are the SomervilleMore Adult Evening School offers a course on it—and for a very affordable price. This adult ed program offers both GED prep and other career courses as well as hobby and language classes. All are held weeknights during the school year at Somerville High School. Fees tend to be much more affordable than other Boston Metro area adult ed programs. Instructors with ideas for courses should contact the coordinator.  
Tufts University Fletcher School

Tufts University Fletcher School is a graduate school of international affairs established more than 80 years ago.More Degrees offered include master's of arts in law and diplomacy, master's of international business and master's of law in international laws. In addition, a Ph.D. is available for international relations. 
West Somerville Neighborhood School

This newly renovated, state-of-the-art K-8 school is home to over 320 students, including a whip-smart ScienceMore Olympiad Team that makes a habit of winning state prizes. The school's location near Tuft's University creates opportunities for joint programs. A very active PTA hosts events and fundraisers as well as Family Nights to draw the school community together. Meanwhile, the school itself "places a strong emphasis on differentiated instruction and inclusion in the classroom for all students."

Outside, the modern building is flanked by a school garden out front, a playground on the side, and a black-top area behind the school for outdoor exercise. The school is an international demonstration site for the Quaglia Institute for Student Aspirations, a nonprofit program that aims to help students set goals and achieve them. The social-emotional curriculum, Second Step, is also taught to students in grades K-6. Numerous after-school activities are also offered.
