On 8-3-10 I purchased a car from Webster Auto Sales in Somerville, MA. Because I was out of state, I first had the vehicle checked out by a local Ford dealership. They found two critical issues: the brakes and the windshield. I told Webster that these items must be repaired before completion of the sale. A couple of days later, Webster assured me that the repairs had been made. A week later the vehicle arrived via transport truck. I immediately smelled burning brakes, and noticed that the windshield was very cloudy. I promptly called Webster and was assured that they had repaired both the brakes and the windshield. Because it was obvious that the repairs had NOT been made, I decided that it would be wise to document everything. Over the next six months I made numerous attempts to fairly settle this issue with Reza Parinejad, Webster's general manager, but to no avail. As a result, I decided to fight back in whatever way I could, and setup the above website. I strongly advise you to avoid Webster Auto Sales, but if you are considering a purchase from them, you should first find out more about them by visiting my website.
