Quality should say "Worst.Bank.Ever."
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Wasted TWO HOURS there, and got NOTHING accomplished.
They were so slow, I thought I was.on the show Punk'd. They couldn't figure out from their computer system that I was the.beneficiary for my late mothers account, and even though I had the 3 forms you need to prove it, they had to call their internal CD department, and that group never answered the phone for 50 minutes of the 2 hours. I was so aggravated, I just left.
My brother had the EXACT same thing done at another bank, with fewer forms, in literally 10 minutes. They even made me fill out a form for an account that had ZERO money in it
They would make calls to other people in the bank, and no one would answer. This was all at 1 in the afternoon on a Thursday in an empty bank, which is undoubtedly empty because no one else uses this bank.
HUGE waste of time. I would never trust them with my time or money again.
