I just had one of the WORST dining experiences ever at the Precinct (on Saturday Night, August 6). The music on the PA was so loud you couldn't hear your friends talk. Then an even louder rock band started playing in the next room, but they wouldn't shut the PA music, so you were bombarded with two different sources of loud music at the same time. Oh, and by the way, they got my order wrong, and when they replaced it with the correct sandwich, the fries were cold and congealed. It was truly awful, and I couldn't wait to get out of there.

THe Precinct is NOT accessible for people who cannot climb stairs. The "wheelchair lift" at the side of the building is not in working condition and will be removed, per a State Building code variance hearing.
