I have refinanced with powderhouse at least 5 times over the almost past 25 years. They are terrific. I have always gotten an exceptional rate and am very pleased with service. I have had zero problems since my first mortgage in 1986. I have no idea what MK is referring to in the previous review but reading it inspired me to write because it seemed so incorrect.
