House of Tibet Kitchen
617-629-7567
House of Tibet is an authentic Tibetan restaurant located in Teele Square. The tiny establishment features a menu unlike any other in the area. Dishes range from the most typical and popular of Tibetan foods, momos (similar to dumplings), to a full menu of yak meat—popular in Tibet, but fairly uncommon in the U.S. The restaurant offers several pages of information about yak meat for the curious. Beef, chicken, and vegetarian dishes are also served. The staff is helpful explaining the menu at the only Tibetan restaurant in the area.
