After a hard week at work I look forward to coming here on a Friday night to relax and unwind. The beer selection is amazing, the choices are endless. But the food is the highlight of the evening. The menu changes with the season and they have a selection of specials as well. The salads are tasty, the appetizer's like the Mediterranean plate with hommous, olives and other spreads go great with the pita bread. The other appetizer with the pork belly and head cheese is simply and such a treat! The corn chowder is a must have, it's smokey and sweet. The scallop dinner changes frequently with different sides. The scallops are always cooked to perfection and are very sweet and juicy with a wonderful sear on the outside. I treated myself to a grilled ribeye that was juicy and flavorful with incredible mashed potatoes. I love to cook myself, but I come here to give myself a break!

Foundry on Elm is located in the center of Davis Square.
