This Weekend in Somerville: Judah Friedlander, Harvest Hoedown

Lots of Boston Comedy Festival acts and some concerts are happening in Somerville this weekend.

'30 Rock' Star Judah Friedlander
The Boston Comedy Festival is in Somerville this weekend. One of the highlights of the festival will be Judah Friedlander, known for his role on "30 Rock," who will be performing at Davis Square Theatre Saturday at 8 p.m. (Remember, folks, Davis Square Theatre is different than Somerville Theatre.)

Harvest Hoedown
The Harvest Hoedown takes place in Inman Square and includes live music, a beer garden and kids activities. Folks are invited to dress in hoedown clothes. It takes place Sunday, starting at 12 p.m., in the Springfield Street parking lot, right next to Olé Mexican Grill. The parking lot is technically in Cambridge, though according to this assessor's map, it looks like a teeny-tiny corner of the parking lot might actually be in Somerville, so we can pretend this is a Somerville event. It's organized by the Inman Square Business Association.
