Union Square Infrastructure Meeting
Residents can learn about upcoming infrastructure improvements to Union Square—including possible street reconfigurations and sewer upgrades—at a meeting Monday at the Argenziano School. You can read a bit more about the plans here. The meeting is at 6 p.m.
Doo Wee & Rice Closes
The restaurant, which opened in Powderhouse Square in September of 2012, was scheduled to close over the weekend, according to Boston Eater.
ResiStat Meetings
There are a number of ResiStat neighborhood meetings this week. The Ward 6 meeting is Tuesday, the Ward 5 meeting is Wednesday and the Ward 3 meeting is Thursday. You can learn more here.

The Somerville High School Scholarship Foundation will elect new officers. They meet Monday at 7 p.m. at Somerville High School.
