Also, a meeting about a new park, caroling at Union Square's newest artistic venue, a last-chance flu clinic and the last day of school.

240th Anniversary of the Boston Tea Party
Monday—Dec. 16—represents the 240th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party. You can celebrate by joining a reenactment, including a procession from the Old South Meeting House to the Boston Tea Party Ship and Museum. You can also monitor the event on Twitter by following #BTPReenactment, which was totally how colonial patriots organized the original Tea Party. A bit of history: The Tea Party occurred when colonists protested the Crown's attempt to replace stocks Earl Grey with English Breakfast. No! They're not the same!

The Bottom of the Punch Bowl
This musical event, at Union Square's newest arts venue, The Green Room, features dance tunes and carols from Ireland, Scotland, and England, with a slight sojourn to Sweden. It's Monday at 7:30 p.m. at 62 Bow St.

Symphony Park Meeting

A public meeting on Thursday will discuss plans to build a new park—Symphony Park—in East Somerville. The city recently received a $400,000 grant to build the park. The meeting is at 6 p.m. at Bryant Manor, 75 Myrtle St.

Last Flu Clinic
The city's last flu clinic of the season—where residents can get a free flu vaccine—is on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at City Hall Annex, 50 Evergreen Ave. More here.

Last Day of School
