SHS Quiz Team Match Down to the Wire
On March 6th, the Somerville High School Quiz Team faced off against Nantucket High School. The team has made it to the “Sweet 16” of WGBH’s “Quiz Show” contest three years in a row. Last week, the match went down to the wire, as “The ‘Ville” went head-to-head with Nantucket in what was only the third tiebreaker in Quiz Show history. “It’s so tough to sit in the chair and not be able to help them out!” Somerville High School teacher and Quiz Team coach told Somerville Neighborhood News.
