Improve your acting ability while gaining a better understanding of the differences between acting for the stage and acting for the camera. Participants will be guided through lessons and hands-on exercises designed for acquiring better film and television acting techniques.

Instructor Alison Folland was nominated in 1997 for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead in All Over Me and had supporting roles in films such as To Die For, Good Will Hunting andBoys Don’t Cry.

Sign up by April 25.  Four sessions; Wednesdays, 7:00 – 9:00pm; May 7, 14, 21, 28

$60 members/ $80 non-members

Looks like a great class. (I wish my Wednesdays were free.) Acting classes. Radio station (which I've seen and it's waaaaay cool!). SCAT is one of the most robust and forward-thinking access centers in the area. _____ I do have one question -- Do you have to be a Somerville resident to take classes? Thanks, ~ Julie
