New Somerville Brewery May Have Own Reality TV Show
Mark Wahlberg is behind the show, which would air on A&E.
A new Somerville brewery is in the running for its own reality TV show on A&E, according to Boston Business Journal.
Aeronaut Brewing Co., which opened at 14 Tyler St. in late June, is the subject of the pilot for “The Big Brew Theory,” which is being produced by Mark Wahlberg, according to the report.
Aeronaut’s co-founder Ronn Friedlander confirmed the pilot to Boston Business Journal but said the show may never go to air.

Deadline Hollywood describes the show’s premise as, “It follows four quirky and highly intelligent MIT grad students who have pooled their life savings to achieve their dream of creating a home grown micro-brewery and team up with a beautiful MIT undergrad to launch their business.”
