Home of the Week: Guess Which House Costs $1.3 Million ...

... and which one costs $300K. A tale of two houses.

This week's home of the week is actually two homes—homes of the week.

It's a tale of two houses.

The first house, right outside Davis Square, is at 20 Elston St. It's got four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and 2,300 square feet.

It's newly renovated with a custom kitchen and a private back deck and yard. It has a two-car garage and a three-car driveway, and it's on the market for $1,279,000.

The listing agent is David Bottari of Century 21 Commonwealth, and the open house is Sunday from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The second house is a bit smaller.

45 Trull St. #3 is a mini Victorian home, steps from the Vernon Street Studios, with one bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, 968 square feet, an eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops, an upstairs bedroom and bathroom, in-unit laundry, a finished basement that could be used as a family room, shared outdoor space and an off-street parking spot.

It's part of a three-unit condo association, but it's a stand-alone house, and it's on the market for $299,000.

The listing agent is Patricia Brainard of Coldwell Residential Brokerage–Cambridge–Huron Ave.

The open house is Sunday from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
