56 Affordable Apartments Available in Assembly Row

Assembly Row has 56 affordable apartments—studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units—that are available for people who meet income requirements, according to an announcement from the city.

Applications are due on Aug. 8 at 5 p.m., and you can pick up an application at Assembly Row's leasing trailer at 74 Foley St. in Assembly Square. You can also call (855) 211-8154 to learn more, the announcement says.

Avalon at Assembly Row and AVA Somerville, the two new housing complexes in Assembly Row, will hold a lottery on Aug. 16, at 10:15 a.m. at the Kennedy School, to determine applicants' placement on the list for being offered affordable apartments.

Anyone interested can learn more from the city's announcement.

Those who live or work full time in Somerville will receive preference in the lottery.
