10 Most Expensive Homes Sold in Somerville Last Year

In the year 2013, the prices of Somerville homes soared.

From a property tax perspective, the average value of single-family homes in fiscal-year 2014 (from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014) was officially higher than during the real estate market's previous peak in fiscal-year 2007.

And according to figures released Monday by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman, the median value of single-family homes in 2013, through November, was nearly $100,000 more than during the same period in 2012.
