Check Out Mayor Curtatone's New Video

Boston Magazine pointed us to a new video, posted on YouTube by Somerville Mayor Joseph Curtatone, in a blog post titled, "This Joe Curtatone Video Sure Looks Like An Ad For Governor."


We'll let you be the judge.

The video, "Imagine Massachusetts," features Curtatone taking on critics of government, those who say it doesn't work.

"We're proving them wrong in my city," he says.

He then concludes the video by saying, "We're just one city in a state filled with communities like Somerville. And Massachusetts is ripe to make this happen in every city and town across the commonwealth. The next wave of innovation and economic opportunity is begging to happen right here in Massachusetts. The challenge for our generation is, do we have the vision and the commitment to make it happen? I believe we do." 

Boston Magazine says the video will be featured on a new website Curtatone is expected to launch Tuesday. (If any of you find it, post the address in the comments section below.)

The magazine's blog says it's not specifically a campaign website, but it note's Curtatone is mulling a run for governor.
