Woman in ‘Somerville’ T-Shirt Allegedly Threatens to Key Car, Keys Car

The alleged car keying took place in Arlington.

At about 5:30 p.m. Aug. 28 a woman in a “Somerville” T-shirt allegedly “danced around” another woman’s car at Spring Street entrance saying to the other woman, “I’m going to key your car,” according to a report from Arlington police. When the other woman returned from walking her dog, her car was keyed, she told police.

The dog walker had just parked and gotten out of her vehicle when the woman in the “Somerville” T, who also had a dog, pulled up and yelled that she and her dog didn’t have enough room to exit her vehicle. The dog walker told her that they would if she backed out.

After the woman in the “Somerville” T-shirt did so, she got out and threatened to key the dog walker’s car, the dog walker told police.
