Somerville Man Charged with Assault and Battery

A 43-year-old Somerville man was arrested early Monday morning on Gardner Street in Arlington after he allegedly punched a woman in the head several times in a domestic incident at a nearby residence.
Wilkens Deneus, of Hudson Street, Somerville, was charged with assault and battery, according to police.
