Police: Man Exposes Himself in Woman's Car

When a woman pulled over to ask him directions, a drunk Somerville man got in her car, touched her, pulled down his pants and propositioned her, according to allegations in a Somerville police report.

Police arrested Ever Fabian, 25, of 5 Everett Ave. in connection to the incident, charging him with indecent assault and battery and indecent exposure.

According to the report, the woman was driving her car down Cross Street on Nov. 24 when she pulled over and asked Fabian where Dartmouth Street was. 

Fabian then got in her car and said, "Mami, I gave you $40 to [redacted by police,]" the report says. He then pulled his pants down and fully exposed himself, according to the report. It says the woman then called police.

Fabian told police he had given the woman $40 for gas money, and he said he didn't do anything to the victim, according to the report.
