Assault and battery
On June 17, Michelle Silva, 52, of 37 Merriam St., was arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
On June 20, Joseph Walter, 32, was arrested on Magnus Ave. and charged with assault and battery.

On June 22, Francisco Fuentes, 53, of 157 Walnut St., was arrested at that address and charged with assault to rape. To protect victims, the Somerville Police Department does not release information about sexual assaults unless there is a threat to the public.
Driving without a license
On June 19, Odete Sousa, 39, of Cambridge, was arrested on Morgan Street and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
On June 23, Carlos Guzman, 30, of 29 Derby St., was arrested on Broadway and charged with driving with a suspended license.
On June 23, Ashley Barberian, 21, of 5 Hamilton Rd., was arrested at 6 Myrtle St. and charged with violating an open container law.
On June 6, Christopher Hicks, 25, was arrested at 299 Broadway and charged with tresspassing. According to a police report, Hicks was in the Rite-Aid harassing customers. It says he was not welcome in the store due to a history of shoplifting and bothering customers.
On June 17, Edward Sarmanian, 38, of Melrose, was arrested at 220 Washington St. on a warrant for receiving a stolen credit card.
On June 18, Luis Gonzalez, 38, was arrested at 299 Broadway on a warrant for open and gross lewdness.
