Police Booking Log: Teens Arrested, Charged with Breaking into 1998 Civic

The following arrest information was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from Sept. 24 to Sept. 29. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.

Assault and battery

On Sept. 28, Angel Villona, 26, of Boston, was arrested at 220 Washington Street and charged with assault and battery.

On Sept. 29, Ricardo Leys, 31, of 40A Memorial Rd. was arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery.

Larceny and theft

On Sept. 26, Kevin Sanchez, 49, of Cambridge, was arrested at 282 Somerville Ave. and charged with receiving stolen property.

Drug-related arrests

On Sept. 27, Eddy Diaz, 27, of Boston, was arrested on Broadway and charged with resisting arrest, drug possession and carrying a dangerous weapon. According to a police report, police had set up surveillance to monitor Diaz, whom they suspected of delivering cocaine to an address on Marshall Street. Police stopped Diaz and he allegedly thrashed about and had a "spring loaded lethal cutting instrument" in his pocket, the police report says. When Diaz was brought to the police station he asked to go to the bathroom, the report says. Police suspected he may have had "contraband in a bodily area that was not available to be searched at the scene of his arrest," according to the report. Walking back from the bathroom, police found a bag of what's believed to be cocaine on the floor, the report says. When confonted about it, Diaz said a detective placed the bag on the floor, according to the report.

On Sept. 28, Theodore Zaborski, 44, of Quincy, was arrested at 75 Mystic Ave. and charged with conspiracy to violate drug law. He was also arrested on a warrant for drug distribution. At the same time, Liam Higgins, 37, of Boston, and Miguel Rincon, 30, of Jamaica Plain, were arrested and charged with drug possession and conspiracy to violate drug law. The men are accused of engaging in a drug deal in the parking lot of Home Depot.

Driving without a license

On Sept. 24, Manuel Leal, 32, of Malden, was arrested on Mystic Avenue and charged with speeding, giving a false name and driving with a revoked license.

On Sept. 28, Deivisson Goulart, 26, of Wakefield, was arrested at 531 Medford St. and charged with driving with a suspended license.

Other arrests

On Sept. 25, Sergio Aparicio-Jimenez, 18, of 75 Jaques St., and Johnathan Machado, 17, of 79 Josephine Ave., were arrested at 111 Bartlett St. and charged with breaking and entering and possession of burglarious instruments. Machado was also arrested on a warrant for breaking and entering. According to a police report, Aparicio-Jimenez and Machado are accused of smashing the back window of a 1998 red Honda Civic and getting in the car. When police arrived, both were in the front of the car with the seats reclined, according to the report. The dash under the steering wheel was ripped apart, and police found screwdrivers in the car, the report says.

On Sept. 26, Diniz Lobodepina, 42, of Roxbury, and Oliveiros Pinto, 38, of Boston, were arrested at 30 Washington St. and charged with deriving support from prostitution and drug distribution.

Warrant arrests

on Sept. 24, Marie Coady, 62, of 4 Washington Ave., was arrested at that address on a warrant for operating under the influence of liquor.

On Sept. 25, Shayra Green, 22, of Everett, was arrested at 77 Middlesex Ave. on a warrant for shoplifting.

On Sept. 25, Lori Quigley, 41, of Boston, was arrested at 220 Broadway on warrants for receiving stolen property and sexual conduct for a fee.

On Sept. 26, Donnell White, 37, of Dracut, was arrested on A Alfred Lombardi Street on warrants for operating under the influence of liquor, drug possession, speeding and marked lanes violation.

On Sept. 27, Guy Riddle, 23, was arrested at 35 Glenwood Rd. on warrants for carrying a dangerous weapon, driving with a suspended license and failure to yield at an intersection.

On Sept. 27, Zachariah Wollerman, 24, of 72 Cherry St., was arrested at that address on warrants for disorderly conduct, possession of burglarious instruments and destruction of property.

On Sept. 27, Jason Suied, 27, of 79 Lowden Ave., was arrested at that address on warrants for having an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer, driving with a suspended license and not being in possession of a license.

On Sept. 28, Dale Harding, 25, of 6 Myrtle St., was arrested at 175 Fellsway on warrants for possessing a firearm without a firearm ID card, assault with a dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm, assault to murder, carrying a firearm without a license, destruction of property and carrying a firearm with amunition.
