Police Booking Log: Scooter Driver with Suspended License Arrested

The following information was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from July 22 to July 28. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.

Assault and battery


On July 25, Jenna Remy, 28, of Wayland, was arrested at 69 Ten Hills Rd. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor. According to a police report, Remy broke into her ex-boyfriend's home and kicked a police officer in the buttocks and groin during her arrest.

On July 25, Bennie Massey, 32, of Roxbury, was arrested at 13 Boston St. and charged with assault and battery.


Larceny, theft, breaking and entering


On July 25, Kim Smith, 23, of Charlestown, was arrested at 24 Charlestown St. and charged with breaking and entering, possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a burglarious instrument.

Drug-related arrests


On July 24, Mark Belski, 53, of 35 Pearl St., was arrested at 48 Joy St. and charged with drug possession, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license. According to a police report, Belski was driving a possibly stolen scooter with a suspended license, and he also had Suboxone pills.


Operating under the influence


On July 24, Kurt Muther, 30, of 21 Lowell St., was arrested at 24 Ibbetson St. and charged with operating under the influence of drugs. According to a police report, Muther crashed a 2008 Audi into a parked car, setting off a domino-effect of crashes that damaged three cars.

On July 28, Linda Cunningham, 51, of 113 Heath St., was arrested at 155 Central St. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor. She is accused of crashing into two cars.


Driving without a license


On July 24, Luiz Moreira, 21, of Revere, was arrested at 220 Washington St. (the police station) and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield.


Other arrests


On July 23, Charles Callaway, 60, of Cambridge, was arrested at 66 Highland Ave. and charged with resisting arrest and violating an abuse prevention order.

On July 25, Robert Gaultieri, 37, of 7 Curtis St., was arrested at that address and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

On July 28, Javier Corea, 25, of 7 Properzi Way, was arrested at 5-7 Everett Ave. and charged with disorderly conduct.


Warrant arrests


On July 22, Leonel Rodriguez-Mejia, 17, of 90 Jaques St., was arrested at 12 Broadway on warrants for assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon.

On July 22, Donald Williams, 48, of 22 Sterling St., was arrested at 61 Cherry St on a warrant for a marked lanes violation.

On July 24, Kendell Bell, 30, of 43 Thurston St., was arrested at 220 Washington St. (the police station) on warrants for kidnapping, assault and battery and reckless endangerment of a child.

On July 26, Eric Silvers, 42, of Boston, was arrested at 361 Broadway on warrants for trespassing, assault and battery, resisting arrest, mayhem and assault and battery on a public employee.

On July 27, Jeffrey Porter, 30, of 7 Fremont St., was arrested on Meacham Street on a warrant for driving with a suspended license.
