Police Booking Log: Man with Pistol Walks out of Davis Square Bar

The following arrest information was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from May 13 to May 20. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.

Man Arrested Coming out of Davis Square Bar

On May 13, Daniel Matthews, 49, of 43 Josephine St., was arrested at 237 Elm St. and charged with carrying a firearm with ammunition, carrying a firearm without a firearm identification card and carrying amunition without a firearm identification card. According to a police report, police learned that Matthews had been in a physical altercation with someone the night before and he "was in Davis Square in possession of a firearm, possibly looking for retribution." Officers found Matthews coming out of Sligo Pub in Davis Square, according to the report. When they frisked him they found a loaded Smith & Wesson .38 Caliber revolver with four live rounds and one spent round in it, the report says.

Assault and battery

On May 14, Anthony Fonseca, 39, of Medford, was arrested at 33 Prescott St., and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit crime.

On May 15, a juvenile from 10 Memorial Rd. was arrested at 10B Memorial Rd. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

On May 15, Anthony James, 43, of 79 Marshall St., were arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery.

On May 16, Said Janale, 27, of 1370 Broadway, was arrested at that address and charged with aggravated assault and battery.

On May 19, Arnold Oleson, 54, of 9 Taylor St., was arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

On May 20, Kenny David, 27, of 22 Montrose St., was arrested at 1370 Broadway and charged with assault and battery.

Larceny, theft, breaking and entering

On May 14, Christian Amaya, 17, of 115 Walnut St., and Elvis Alvarez, 17, of 26 Kennsington Ave., were arrested at 8 Radcliffe Rd. and charged with breaking and entering.

On May 16, Savannah Prezioso, 26, of 228 Lowell St., was arrested at that address and charged with breaking and entering.

Drug-related arrests

On May 15, Sidney Pierre, 25, was arrested on Broadway and charged with drug possession to distribute, drug violation near a school and resisting arrest. According to a police report, detectives found Pierre with bags of crack cocaine and heroin.

On May 17, Kaitlin Gould, 22, of Charlestown, Bambi Havey, 22, of Malden, Peter D'Amelio, 37, of Newton and Peter Parise, 26, of Cambridge, were arrested at 141 Pearl St. Gould was charged with being present where heroin was kept, and she was also arrested on warrants for drug possession. Havey was charged with being present where heroin was kept. D'Amelio was charged with drug possession to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug law. Parise was charged with drug possession and conspiracy to violate drug law. The four were arrested after detectives executed a search warrant at the Pearl Street residence, allegedly finding cocaine and heroin at the home.

Driving without a license

On May 13, Michael Tavarez, 17, of Everett, was arrested and charged with driving an uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and having a registration sticker not displayed.

Other arrests

On May 14, Jose Andrade, 21, of 7 Cross St., and Kathleen Mastrogiacomo, 32, of 17 Bow St., were arrested on Bow Street and charged with lewd, wanton and lascivious behavior.

On May 17, Mark Anderson, 50, of 14 St. James Ave., was arrested at 20 Holland St. and charged with open and gross lewdness. He was also arrested on a warrant for violating a miscellaneous statutory violation.

Warrant arrests

On May 14, Michael Vick, 23, of Boston, was arrested at 1370 Broadway on warrants for larceny, credit card larceny, threatening to commit crime, witness intimidation and assault and battery.

On May 15, Paula Donatelli, 49, of Medford, was arrested at 3 Everett Ave. on warrants for larceny and driving with a suspended license.

On May 17, Thomas Westcott, 30, of 54 Bartlett St., was arrested at that address on a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

On May 17, Julia Fiske, 31, of 36 Houghton St., was arrested at that address on warrants for credit card fraud and forging or uttering a credit card.

On May 17, Raymond Massey, 49, of 382 McGrath Highway, was arrested at that address on a warrant for violating an abuse prevention order.

On May 17, Kimberly Murphy, 29, of 474 Broadway, was arrested at 56 Broadway on warrants for larceny, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.

On May 17, Timothy Omeara, 49, of 1366 Broadway, was arrested at 1370 Broadway on a warrant for assault and battery on a person over 60.

On May 17, Rhonda Mahoney, 53, of 1370 Broadway, was arrested at that address on warrants for threatening to commit crime and disorderly conduct.

On May 17, William Bolduc, 29, of 21 Lowden Ave., was arrested at 220 Washington St. on warrants for witness intimidation, kidnapping and attempted murder. According to a police report, these warrants were connected to an alleged domestic violence incident.
