Police Booking Log: Man Pees on Truck, Gets Extradited to Florida

The following arrest information was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from Dec. 3 to Dec. 9. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.

Assault and battery

On Dec. 7, Matthew Beggleman, 19, was arrested at 2 Beacon St. and charged with assault and battery.

On Dec. 7, Sanjeev Kumar, 41, of 324 McGrath Highway, was arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery.

On Dec. 7, Karly Trainor, 28, of 90 Morrison Ave., and David Seibel, 28, of Whitman, were arrested at 4 College Ave. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. Seibel was also charged with shoplifting and had warrants for destruction of property, assault and battery, and conspiracy to violate drug law. According to a police report, officers with the anti-crime unit saw Seibel, whom they knew was wanted on various warrants, walk into the Tedeschi's in Davis Square. They waited outside for him and watched him buy cigarettes and then stuff candy into his jacket and walk out the door without paying, the report says. When officers tried to arrest him outside the convenience store he struggled, the report says. His girlfriend, Trainor, also became involved in the struggle, attempting to pull officers away from Seibel, according to the report. Eventually, officers used pepper spray to subdue Seibel, the report says.

Larceny and theft

On Dec. 6, Shaheim Grant, 17, of 382 McGrath Highway, was arrested on McGrath Highway and charged with larceny.

On Dec. 7, Matthew Closs, 19, of Chelsea, Shawn Bulcao, 17, of Arlington, and Elvis Alvarez, 17, of 26 Kensington Ave., were arrested at 8 Otis St. Closs was charged with destruction of property, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, receiving a stolen motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Bulcao was charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, and Alvarez was charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle and possession of a dangerous weapon. The teenagers are accused of driving a car that was stolen in Everett.

Drug-related arrests

On Dec. 4, Anthony Lungo, 36, of 471 Medford St., was arrested at 532 Medford St. and charged with drug possession to distribute and receiving stolen property. He was also arrested on warrants for assault and battery and unarmed robbery. 

Dec. 7, Ruddy Gonzalez, 27, of Lynn, was arrested at 65 Cross St. and charged with heroin trafficking, conspiracy to violate drug law, witness intimidation and drug violation near a school. Darlin DeJesus, 23, was also arrested and charged with heroin trafficking, conspiracy to violate drug law and drug violation near a school. They were arrested after a stakeout of a home in Ten Hills thought to be the site of a heroin distribution operation.

On Dec. 7, Angelo Perez, 39, of 80 Highland Ave., was arrested at 2 Medford St. and charged with drug possession and drug possession to distribute. He was also arrested in connection to the Ten Hills stakeout.

Operating under the influence

On Dec. 8, Jefferson Joseph, 24, of 132 Summer St., was arrested at 70 Summer St. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

Driving without a license

On Dec. 7, Jose Silva, 46, of 16 Indiana Ave., was arrested at 177 Middlesex Ave., and charged with operating with a suspended license.

Other arrests

On Dec. 3, Deanna Thelismon, 27, of Dorchester, was arrested at 175 Fellsway and charged with being a fugitive from justice on court.

On Dec. 5, Dale Harding, 25, of 6 Myrtle St., was arrested at that address and charged with witness intimidation.

On Dec. 7, Rogerio DaSilva, 45, of Woburn, was arrested at 299 Broadway and charged with indecent exposure, resisting arrest and being a fugitive from justice on court. According to a police report, at about 9:30 a.m. an officer observed DaSilva urinating on a truck in the parking lot of the old Star Market. After confronting DaSilva about peeing in public, the officer learned from a database search that he was wanted in Florida on cocaine charges, the report says. DaSilva tried to flee, but the officer caught him, the report says. He will be extradited to Florida.

On Dec. 9, Michael Mandarini, 21, of Medford, was arrested at 255 Elm St. and charged with violating an open container law, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Warrant arrests

On Dec. 3, Scott Badeau, 47, of Everett, was arrested at 373 Highland Ave. on a warrant for trespassing.

On Dec. 4, Dennis Reid, 30, of Malden, was arrested at 77 Middlesex Ave. on a warrant for larceny.

On Dec. 7, Joshua Sullivan, 18, of 33 Jaques St., was arrested at 175 Fellsway on warrants for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault to murder. Sullivan was charged in connection to the Dec. 1 shooting of a 24-year-old in Winter Hill.

On Dec. 7, Khyam Mayes, 29, was arrested in Boston on warrants for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault to murder, drug possession, resisting arrest and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Mayes was also charged in connection to the Winter Hill shooting.

On Dec. 7, Anthony Borges, 39, of 21 Sewall St., was arrested on Ames Street on warrants for breaking and entering, carrying a dangerous weapon and receiving stolen property.

On Dec. 8, Jose Vasquez, 19, of 489 Medford St., was arrested on Glenn Street on a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
