Police Booking Log: Man Had Loaded Shotgun, Marijuana in Car at Stop & Shop

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from Oct. 28 to Nov. 3. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.

Assault and battery


On Oct. 28, two juveniles from Somerville were arrested at 50A Memorial Rd. and charged with assault and battery. One was charged with assault and battery on a police officer. According to a police report, the two juveniles were a brother and sister, and neither was injured. The report says the sister grabbed an officer's arm during the attempt to handcuff her brother.

On Oct. 30, Alexander Fedele, 18, of Broadway, was arrested at 238 Broadway and charged with breaking and entering, assault and battery and receiving stolen property.

Firearms


On Oct. 31, Elija Lewis-Jean, 20, of Boston, was arrested at 775 McGrath Highway and charged with carrying a loaded firearm and drug possession. According to a police report, a car in the parking lot of the Stop & Shop was driving fast and almost hit a police car. The officer pulled the car over and saw that the driver had a shotgun shell on his lap, and the car smelled of marijuana, the report says. Police discovered marijuana hidden under the driver's seat and in the armrest, and there was also a loaded shotgun in the trunk, according to the report.

Drug-related arrests


On Nov. 1, John O'Callaghan, 52, of Cambridge and Miguel Robles-Pacheco, 35, of Dorchester, were arrested on Florence Street. O'Callaghan was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law and being present where heroin was kept. Robles-Pacheco was charged with heroin trafficking, conspiracy to violate drug law, resisting arrest and perpetrating a drug violation near a playground.

On Nov. 1, Katelyn Paquet, 19, of Arlington, was arrested at 855 Broadway and charged with drug possession and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Other arrests


On Oct. 29, Robyn Smith, 29, of Medford, was arrested at 256 Elm St. and charged with disorderly conduct.

On Oct. 31, Diane Richardson, 60, of Randolph, was arrested at 30 Washington St. and charged with sexual conduct for a fee. Richardson allegedly tried to provide half an hour of sexual services to an undercover investigator for $125.

On Nov. 1, Benjamin Feuerstein, 21, of 16 Curtis Ave. and Zachary Wener-Fligner, 22, of 97 Bay State Rd. were arrested on Hillsdale Road. Feuerstein was charged with destruction of property and Wener-Fligner was charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.  The are accused of vandalizing cars.

On Nov. 2, Marcos Guerrero, 24, of Medford, was arrested at 113 Washington St. and charged with possession of a dangerous weapon.

On Nov. 3, Rufino Santos, 40, of 7 Everett St., was arrested at 5 Ellsworth St. and charged with destruction of property. He was also arrested on a warrant for destruction of property.

Warrant arrests


On Oct. 28, Lori Connolly, 40, of 33 Bradley St., was arrested at 400 Somerville Ave. on a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

On Oct. 29, Travis Beausoleil, 34, was arrested at 22 Mt. Pleasant St. on warrants for drug possession, shoplifting and delivering drugs to a prisoner.

On Oct. 30, Rudy Umana, 18, of 10C Memorial Rd., was arrested at 91 Highland Ave. on a warrant for witness intimidation.

On Oct. 31, Michael Lee, 28, of Dorchester, was arrested at 775 McGrath Highway on a warrant for driving with a suspended license.

On Oct. 31, Aziz Nacer, 30, of Malden, was arrested on Adams Street on a warrant for violating an abuse prevention order.

On Nov. 1, Jonathan Berenson, 24, of Malden, was arrested at 855 Broadway on warrants for check forgery, larceny, uttering a false check and receiving stolen property.
