Police Booking Log: Hotel Guests Trash Room

The following information was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from Nov. 18 to Dec. 1. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.

Assault and battery


On Nov. 19, a juvenile from Somerville was arrested at 91 Highland Ave. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

On Nov. 24, Ever Fabian, 25, of 5 Everett Ave., was arrested at 40 Everett Ave. and charged with indecent assault and battery and indecent exposure. Read more here.

On Nov. 30, Kokumo Ogunwumi, 59, of 1374 Broadway, was arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery.

Firearms


On Nov. 18, James Flint, 20, of 10 Morton St., Keith Francey, 21, of 18 Broadway, and Cody Domings, 21, of 82 Gilman St., were arrested at 88 Gilman St. Charges against them included carrying a firearm without a license, destruction of property, disorderly conduct, carrying a firearm with ammunition and defacing a firearm serial number. Larceny and theft


On Nov. 23, John Carpinito, 39, of Chelsea, was arrested at 105 Middlesex Ave. and charged with larceny.

On Nov. 23, Walter Dos Santos, of Wakefield, was arrested at 257 School St. and charged with destruction of property and larceny.

Drug-related arrests


On Nov. 19, Adam Curtis, 22, of St. Louis, was arrested at 40 Talbot Ave. and charged with drug possession and larceny.

On Nov. 20, Craig Brown, 43, of Dorchester, was arrested at 34 Bay State Ave. and charged with drug possession.

On Nov. 21, John Ritchie, 23, of Westwood, was arrested on Madison Street and charged with drug possession and drug violation near a school.

On Nov. 27, Nicholas Cunha, 34, of Charlestown and Charles Ryan, 38, of Roxbury, were arrested at 406 Mystic Ave. Cunha was charged with being present where heroin was kept and conspiracy to violate drug law. Ryan was charged with drug possession, drug violation near a school and conspiracy to violate drug law. More here.

Operating under the influence


On Nov. 29, Cory Bloom, 25, of Mattapan, was arrested on Broadway and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, possession of a dangerous weapon and driving with a suspended license.

Driving without a license


On Nov. 20, Sydney DePaulo, 43, of 27 College Ave., was arrested on Broadway and charged with driving with a suspended license.

On Nov. 20, Helvio Ribeiro, 32, of 13 Malvern Ave., was arrested on Greenville Street and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.


Other arrests


On Nov. 23, John McCLean, 53, of Cambridge, was arrested at 27 College Ave. and charged with trespassing.

On Nov. 24, Kirby Calixte, 20, of 66 Vernon St., was arrested at 23 Cummings St. and charged with disorderly conduct. According to a police report, guests at the La Quinta Inn complained about sounds of fighting and breaking glass coming from one of the hotel rooms. When police arrived, they found three people in the room and broken glass bottles everywhere, the report says. It says Calixte got upset when police said he and his companions had to leave the hotel and pay for the damage. 

On Nov. 24, Brian Peters, 42, of 40 Harvard St., was arrested at that address and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

Warrant arrests


On Nov. 18, Dennis Reid, 31, of Malden, was arrested in Cambridge on a warrant for receiving stolen property.

On Nov. 18, Lamont Lungelow, 33, of Roxbury, was arrested at 175 Fellsway. No charges are listed in the booking log.

On Nov. 18, Jorge Furtado, 38, of 11 MacArthur St., was arrested at 14 McGrath Highway on a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

On Nov. 20, a juvenile from Somerville was arrested at 32 Kent St. on warrants for trespassing and assault and battery on a police officer.

On Nov. 21, Ryan O'Brien, 41, of Malden, was arrested at 30 Washington St. on warrants for shoplifting and failure to appear upon recognizance.

On Nov. 22, Jessica Rodriguez, 30, of Cambridge, was arrested at 220 Washington St. on warrants for assault and battery and destruction of property.

On Nov. 24, Wilfredo Landaverde, 24, of 4 Otis St., was arrested at 34 Central St. on a warrant for driving with a suspended license.

On Nov. 25, Dale Harding, 26, of 6 Myrtle St., was arrested at that address on warrants for witness intimidation, carrying a firearm without ammunition, discharging a firearm, destruction of property, having a firearm without a firearm ID card, assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

On Nov. 26, Ronilson Viera, 47, of Woburn, was arrested at 345 Somerville Ave. on a warrant for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

On Nov. 27, Terry Smith, of 312 Broadway, was arrested at 406 Mystic Ave. on a warrant for driving with a suspended license.

On Nov. 29, Daniel Traina, 27, of Revere, was arrested at 77 Middlesex Ave. on a warrant for larceny.

On Nov. 30, Curt Etienne, 39, of 75 Cross St., was arrested on Broadway on warrants for not being in possession of a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, and driving with a suspended license.

On Dec. 1, Daniel Ryan, 48, was arrested at 14 McGrath Highway on warrants for disorderly conduct and trespassing.
