Police Booking Log: Breaking into a Car, a Knife Chase, Busted Drinking Bud

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from June 30 to July 8. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.

Assault and battery

On July 4, John Deangelo, 49, of Medford, was arrested at 185 Somerville Ave. and charged with assault and battery.

On July 7, Gladison Sandes, 33, of 32 Radcliffe Rd., was arrested at that address and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. , chasing a victim down the street with the knife and accidentally cutting his cousin, who tried to stop him.

Larceny, theft and shoplifting

On July 2, David Rowe, 32, of Dracut, was arrested at 75 Mystic Ave. and charged with larceny. He is .

On July 8, Tyrone Quintana-Rivera, 28, of Roxbury, was arrested at 14 Myrtle St. and charged with breaking and entering and possesison of burglarious instruments. He was also arrested on warrants for assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon. In connection to the same incident, George Perez, 23, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering. Luis Lizarvo, 28, of Roxbury, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering and possesison of burglarious instruments. According to a police report, the men are accused of breaking into a car.

Drug-related arrests

On July 5, Stephen Cullity, 39, of Cambridge, was arrested at 299 Broadway and charged with drug possession and violating an open container law. , Cullity had an open can of Budweiser near the Winter Hill Rite Aid, and when police stopped him they found on him Suboxone and Heroin.

Operating under the influence

On July 1, Guido Reyes, 35, of 93 Pennsylvania Ave. was arrested on Warren Avenue and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

On July 6, Randolph Plummer, 18, of Dorchester, was arrested on Broadway and charged with possession of a dangerous weapon.

On July 8, Rahkeen Gray, 38, of 4 Evergreen Sq., was arrested at 150 Highland Ave. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Warrant arrests

On June 30, Paul Powers, 51, of 68 Pearson Rd, was arrested at 100 Bristol Rd. on warrants for driving with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield.

On July 1, Karen Lindsay, 50, was arrested at 32 Kent St. on warrants for drug possession and receiving stolen property.

On July 5, Kristen Ricci, 29, of 1374 Broadway, was arrested at that address on warrants for larceny and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

On July 5, Stanley Orantes, 18, of 198 Pearl St., was arrested on Broadway on warrants for armed assault to rob and assault and battery.

On July 6, Matthew Beggelman, 28, of Arlington, was arrested at 275 Beacon St. on warrants for destruction of property, violating an abuse prevention order, threatening to commit crime and assault and battery.

July 6, Ricardo Jean-Leys, 30, of 40 Memorial Rd., was arrested on Sewall St. on warrants for speeding, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to signal.
