Somerville police arrested a 34-year-old Medford woman on Jan. 15 and charged her larceny and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing packages on Bay State Avenue near Ball Square.

It's pretty easy to grab those packages. Hard for us to be home for those deliveries. I worked one place in Winchester where UPS came down the street and put the packages on top of the mailboxes out in the street. I kep thinking this would be real easy of someone came down here and grabbed them all up. Guess we should all ahve video cameras on our houses now.
