NH Staties Arrest Two

Both men were charged with operating after suspension while driving in the White Mountains region of the state.

Two Massachusetts men were recently arrested by New Hampshire State Troopers in the northern part of the state on driving violations.

According to police blotters released by Troop E in Tamworth and Troop F in Twin Mountain, Philip Weiss, 46, of Somerville, was arrested at 9:56 a.m. on Feb. 1, and charged with operating after suspension. The arresting trooper stated that Weiss was driving in Bethlehem at the time of the arrest.

Arrested last month was Marcio Ferreira Rocha, 36, of Medford, who was also charged with operating after suspension. Rocha was arrested at 10:44 p.m. on Jan. 24, while driving in Ossipee, according to the report.
