Man Clogs Women's Toilet in Davis Square Restaurant with Marijuana

The man came out of the women's bathroom with his hands up.

A Revere man running from police shoved a bag filled with marijuana into the women's bathroom toilet at Anna's Taqueria in Davis Square, causing water to spill all over the floor, according to a Somerville police report.

The report says the incident happened on Jan. 23 at about 1:35 p.m.

According to the report, a police officer driving from Elm Street onto Grove Street saw Alex Bilodeau standing in front of a Mazda SUV, throwing a small safe into a dumpster.

When the officer approached Bilodeau, he saw a plastic sandwich bag filled with what appeared to be marijuana fall out of the Revere man's jacket, the report says.

Bilodeau then fled into the women's room in Anna's Taqueria, according to the report.

After about a minute, he came out of the women's room with his hands in the air, saying, "I didn't do anything," the report says.

It says the tank at the back of the toilet was overflowing and that inside the tank police found a plastic bag filled with smaller bags of what appeared to be marijuana.

The above information was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
