'Fugitive of the Week' Arrested in Somerville

A man facing armed robbery charges in New Hampshire was arrested in Somerville.

A man who had recently been named New Hampshire's "fugitive of the week" was arrested in Somerville on Dec. 23, according to a Somerville Police Department arrest log and Nashua Patch.

Officers from the Somerville Police Department and members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Christopher Corona, 45, at 10 Sycamore Terrace at about 5:54 a.m.

Nashua Patch said Corona was wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in court for charges of armed robbery.

Previously a resident of Concord, N.H., he was wanted by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's office in that state, Nashua Patch said.

The New Hampshire office of the U.S. Marshals Service named Corona "fugitive of the week" in November, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.

He was staying in Somerville with his girlfriend, Nashua Patch said.
