The ventilation system is usually&nbsp;the biggest culprit when it comes to&nbsp;poor indoor air quality. More often than not the HVAC system is operating for years without much attention. Dirty ducts can circulate odors, contaminants such as mold, and irritating dust throughout your building or home.&nbsp;
ServPro uses a portable ventilation and air duct cleaning system to examine ductwork and make a clean sweep removing years of dust and grime. The process begins by using patented equipment including a roto- scraper which automatically adapts to the duct's shape while traveling through the ductwork removing debris and filth before vacuuming begins.&nbsp;
Next, a powerful push-pull air delivery and collection system transfers the debris from the ducts to a 16 gallon container.&nbsp;
Air is then filtered through a HEPA filtration removing 99.7% of particles in the airstream.&nbsp;
This also includes complete interior and exterior cleaning of all supply and return registers.&nbsp;
For suspected mold growth, an additional&nbsp;process of sealant or coating will be applied to address the odor and microbial concerns.&nbsp;&nbsp;While setting up a HEPA filtered air scrubber to eliminate cross contamination.&nbsp;
