Obituary - Jayson Matthew Cameron, age 10, of Somerville

Jayson M. Cameron – age 10, of Somerville, a fourth- grade student at Prospect Hill Academy, passed away at home February 26, lovingly surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with Glioblastoma Multiforme.  He was the cherished son of Joseph M. Cameron and Ann L. (Seppala) Cameron.  The beloved brother of Brandon Gogan of Suitland, MD, Joseph M. Cameron, Jr., and sister Dakota Ashlee Cameron, both of Somerville, Jayson was also the loving grandson of Rosemarie (Forcellati) Cameron of Somerville, the late Joseph M. Cameron, Peter A. Seppala, Sr. and Sally (Rupert) Seppala of Weymouth.  Also survived by his dear aunts Michelle Cameron and Donna Moriarty and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Costello Funeral Home, 177 Washington St., Winchester on Tues., March 4 @ 9AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Church 155 Washington St., Winchester @10AM.  Relatives and friends respectfully invited.  Visiting hours will be held in the funeral home on Monday from 4-8PM.  Interment is private.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Jayson’s memory may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute/Jimmy Fund P.O.
